About Us
- We are a Functional Fitness Training Club based in Labuan Federal Territory, Malaysia and established since 2013 and our training philosophy is to be all inclusive therefore it's suitable for everyone.
We specialize in functional movement exercises that combines 3 main elements within a workout session which includes :
1.) Weight Lifting (Picking up / pushing heavy / odd objects ETC)
2.) Gymnastics / Body Weight Exercises ( Push ups, Sit ups, Pull ups, Sit ups ETC)
3.) Cardio Respiratory Movements (Running, Jumping, Rowing ETC)
- Our main focus as a Functional Fitness Training Club is to provide to all our members the best quality of training needed by each individuals to achieve their ultimate health and fitness potential.

- Foundation classes are available for beginners.
- Latihan Kercergasan Berfungsi (Functional Fitness Training) merupakan satu jenis latihan kecergasan yang merangkumi unsur unsur angkat berat, gimnastik (pergerakkan yang menggunakan berat badan diri sendiri) dan juga unsur unsur cardio (lari, lompat, berbasikal, berenang dan lain lain) dalam satu sesi WORKOUT.
